Return

surewayboots goal is simple: We want you to have a great experience shopping with us on surewayboots.com . We accept returns and exchanges within 30 days of receiving your order for boots in unworn, undamaged, Re-marketable condition. We will issue a refund if the boots is in its original condition or lightly used. If you would like to make an exchange, please return your boots and place another order. Return shipping is free.

We will start the return process within two business days once receive the information. And we will refund you within one business day once get your return tracking number. Money will be return back to your account within 7-15days after we agreed. Refunds are issued back to the original payment method.

 

For exchanges

If you would like to make an exchange, please return your boots and place another order or please email support@surewayboots.com within 30 days of receiving your order .We will start the exchange process within two business days once receive the information. Items must be in their original packaging.

If you purchased the boots at one of our authorized dealers, please contact that dealer to process the return & exchange.

To process a return & exchange for boots that was purchased on www.surewayboots.com , please send us an email at support@surewayboots.com Include a description of the problem and reference your order number in the email. Once the return request is approved, you’ll be given the return & exchange shipping address. 

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these criteria

IF A PURCHASE WAS DAMAGED DURING SHIPMENT

 If a shipment arrives at your door with apparent shipping damage, please refuse the delivery. If you have already accepted delivery and then find shipping damage, please send us an email at support@surewayboots.com .

LIMITED WARRANTY POLICIES

surewayboots will provide a warranty for defects in materials and workmanship for a period of 6 months from the date of purchase. In the event of a defect, surewayboots will provide repair or replace the defective without charge, or refund the price you have paid. boots that have been repaired or replaced are warranted only for the remainder of the unexpired portion of the warranty period.

DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE boots

Definition of a defective boots: A Defective boots is an imperfection in a shoes that has a manufacturing or design defect

1. Worn stitching, worn soles or frayed webbing due to normal wear
2. Damage that is a result from misuse, normal wear and tear or damage occurred during storage
3. Broken or damaged laces, lace retention devices and worn soles
4. Product acquired from aftermarket sources such as online auction sites, liquidators, consignment shops, private sellers and salesman samples
5. Improper fit. Fit is the responsibility of the owner and should be assured within return window
