We accept returns and exchanges work boots within 30 days of receiving your order for shoes in unworn, undamaged,Re-marketable condition. We will issue a refund if the boots is in its original condition or lightly used. If you would like to make an exchange, please return your boots and place another order.
HOW DO I RETURN MY ONLINE ORDER?
Online orders can be returned within 30 days of receiving the boots. Visit the Order Status page to view your order and to start a return. Return shipping is free.
We will start the return process within two business days once receive the information. And we will refund you within one business day once get your return tracking number. Money will be return back to your account within 7-15 days after we agreed. Refunds are issued back to the original payment method.
If you purchased the shoes at one of our authorized dealers, please contact that dealer to process the return & exchange.
